AAA International Team

AAA International Team Sdn. Bhd (ATISB) was incorporate in year 2004. Beginning year 2007, the company started spreading its wings in line with the group motto's Venturing Beyond Boundaries. With available resources and avenues, ATISB is aiming to get more exposure globally.

ATISB has the enthusiasm to develop affordable houses in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ghana, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Thailand. In 2007, ATISB formed Capita Jaya Holdings Ltd, a joint venture with Bangladesh's well-established company CapitaLand Development Ltd. to carry out mixed development projects in Dhaka. It later formed Axisjaya (Thailand) Pte. Ltd. to develop Service Apartments in Bangkok. True to our motto, Ghana will be the next country in the company's five years investment plan. ATISB is looking towards a tie up with a local JV company to carry out development of affordable residential projects.

Locally, ATISB is actively on the lookout with any landowner including State Governments who plan to turn their land into residential or commercial development at any marketable places in Malaysia. Besides, ATISB is considering buying land in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negri Sembilan and Putrajaya.

ATISB has gone far as United Arab Emirates, Ghana and Kyrgyzstan in search of potential businesses in property development.
