Axis Raised Floor System
Raised access floor provides a plenum for cables, ducts and other underfloor services. It is designed in such away that each floor panel can be lifted with a panel lifter, so that extra services can be easily installed or existing ones can be serviced.

The installed floors needs to be handled in a manner appropriate to its design, therefore following advisory information would cut down unnecessary expenses and down time for the working environment.

Axis Foil Insulation System
Axis Foil is a unique design, serves to protect against heat gain in the summer and also heat loss in the winter. With Axis Foil installed under the roof, within the walls and below the raised floors, the whole building is kept much cooler in the summer (reducing air conditioning energy consumption).

During winter, there is substantial reduction in heating expenses as the heat is retained within the building by Axis Foil. Axis Foil’s superior performance is attained by having air encapsulation between two layers of pure aluminium foil. A total RADIANT BARRIER is achieved!

Cell Ceiling Systems
Cell Ceiling Systems offer designers a range of configurations and finishes to complement the style and ambience of contemporary building interiors. Available in the full range of powder coat finishes or prepainted steel or aluminium, the Cell Ceiling system can be supplied with special or custom finishes to order.

Expanded Modular Ceiling Systems
Expanded Metal Modular Ceiling Systems are ideal for use in commercial and industrial applications where durability and attractive finishes are required. The system is suitable for use in diverse environments and adds style and elegance to the surroundings.

It is designed so that modules can be installed and removed without the need to disturb the adjacent tiles thus allowing easy access to ceiling voids.

Linear Ceiling Systems
Linear Ceiling Systems are designed to add elegance and style to areas such as offices, conference rooms, lecture halls, dining rooms, foyers and public areas. This ceiling is made from steel or aluminium panels suspended from above with no visible brackets or runners on exposed face.

Linear Grid Ceiling Systems

Pass Through Box
The best way to minimize contamination is to keep unnecessary people out of the controlled environment. A pass through box significantly minimized such human traffic and contamination by providing a better and safer way to transfer materials, equipment, and documents into and out from the cleanroom.

Our pass through boxes are available in mechanical inter-locking system or electrical interlocking system with light indicators. Both systems allow only one door to open at any one time, and thus restrict the amount of air exchange during materials transfer.

The mechanical interlocking system requires no external power supply to operate, thus it can continue to function even when other systems are shut down. The red light indicator of the electrical interlocking system acts like a signal to inform personnel at the other side that the door cannot be opened unless the light goes off.

Air Shower
P2M’s Air shower offers an effective way to remove contamination from personnel before they get into cleanrooms. The unit is activated automatically after the door is closed, pressurized air streams from adjustable nozzles are at a velocity of 20-25 m/sec to remove particles from personnel in the air shower.

The nozzles are arranged in a uniform pattern to ensure effective distribution of filtered air. The closed-loop air circulation design directs air downward through grills of the air shower and back to the HEPA filter, which removes 99.99% of all particles as small as 0.3 micron.

Automatic release interlocking system precludes contamination inflow and prevents cross-contamination of the cleanroom and the air shower. The doors automatically release when the power fails to ensure user's safety.
