Axisjaya Construction is the main subsidiary of the Axisjaya Group. It was incorporated in 2004 as a Private Limited Company. It provides wide services in the areas of construction design and build, addition and renovation, conservation, project feasibility studies, project management and project planning.

Sungai Besi Military & Civil Servants Camp, Kuala Lumpur
Proposed Housing Development for Military and Civil Servants in Klang Valley-Military and Civil Servants Camp (Package 5A) comprises of two (2) blocks of 9-storey and four (4) blocks of 14-storey for Messrs.Usahasama SPNB-LTAT Sdn.Bhd. for the end user Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). The project was completed in November 2008.

Institut Sosial Malaysia (ISM), Kuala Lumpur
Upgrading existing Building and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Services For Malaysia Social Institute at KM6, Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway in Sg.Besi, Kuala Lumpur for its client – Institut Sosial Malaysia (ISM). The project was completed in July 2006.

Flood Victims' Housing Development, Kota Tinggi
Housing Development for relocation of flood victims project at Kota Tinggi, consists of 360 units of single storey terrace houses, 10 units of single storey shop lots, a multipurpose hall and kindergarten.

Kementah Military & Civil Servants Camp, Kuala Lumpur
Proposed Housing Development for Military and Civil Servants in Klang Valley-Military and Civil Servants Camp 2 (Package 2C), comprises of two (2) blocks of 14-storey, two (2) blocks of 15-storey and two (2) blocks of 16-storey, a kindergarten, multipurpose hall and shop lots. This project also consists of infra structure works for Messrs.Usahasama SPNB-LTAT Sdn.Bhd. for the end user Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). The project was completed in July 2008.

Batu Pahat Hospital, Johor
Design & Build, Construction, Completion, Testing, Commissioning and Maintaining for Upgrading Works for OT, Emergency Ward, 6 Ward HDW, Blood Bank, Laboratory, CSSD and CT scan, Registration of Admission to Batu Pahat Hospital, Johor, Malaysia for Minister of Finance and Ministry of Public Works. Currently, earthworks and pilling works are progressing at site. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010.

Taman Dato' Abdul Rashid Salleh, Kuantan
Proposed Rehabilitation of an abandoned housing project at Taman Dato' Abdul Rashid Salleh, on Lot 4, Phase 1, Mukim Beserah, District of Kuantan, State of Pahang, Malaysia for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). SPNB is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated with the objective to provide quality affordable homes to every family in Malaysia in accordance with National Housing Policy. As the responsible Main Contractor to this project, we will deliver the project with the acceptable quality of workmanship and on time to the Client. The project was completed in mid of 2009.

Kerinchi Flats, Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur
Rectification Works Due To The Building Investigation for Completion of Balance of Construction works for 6 Blocks of 14-18 Storey of 1896 units of Apartment and other related works for housing programme on Lot P.T 3064 & 3065, Lembah Pantai, Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad. The project was completed and delivered to the Client in April 2007. This housing project called "Projek Perumahan Rakyat Termiskin" (PPRT) is to provide a home for the low income group in the city of Kuala Lumpur.

Taman Sejahtera, Penang
Proposed Rehabilitation of an abandoned housing project which consists of 100 units of Low-Cost Apartment, 113 units of Single Storey Terrace House and related public amenities on Lot 2581, Mukim 7, Teluk Air Tawar, Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). SPNB was appointed as the Implementation Agent for the Abandoned Housing Project Revival Fund or Tabung Pemulihan Projek Terbengkalai (TPPT) to revive the abandoned housing project around the country that has been identified by Ministry of Housing and Local Government. The project was handed over to the Client in March 2008 ahead of schedule. The Certificate of Fitness was issued by Seberang Prai Municipal Council (SPMC) on 12 May 2008.

Limbongan, Melaka
Completion and Construction of 790 units Low Cost Town House and 59 units Shop-Houses at Mukim Klebang Kecil, Limbongan, Central District of Melaka, for the State Government of Melaka for Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). The project was completed and was handed over to the Client in July 2007.

Mosque at Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor
Construction and Completion of Single Storey Surau at Section 8, Bandar Baru Bangi, District of Hulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The surau was handed over to the residents of Section 8, Bandar Baru Bangi in January 2008 as part of the company’s own Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme.
